🗑️ Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Velox Rally Cut account and all associated data. Please follow the steps below. This action is irreversible.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, all Carats balance, and all AI analysis history from our servers. Videos stored locally on your device are not affected.

Delete from within the app (Recommended)

Open the Velox Rally Cut app on your device.

Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

Confirm twice when prompted. Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us at:

Please include your registered email address in the message. We will process your request within 30 days.
