The Problem & The Solution

"SwingVision is iOS-only and I play on Android. There's nothing that comes close."

Solution: Velox runs on Android AND iOS. Download today, no waitlist.

"I recorded 2 hours and 70% is just me picking up balls. Why can't the app just give me the rallies?"

Solution: AI auto-detection removes dead time. Or manually trim for free - your call.

"$120 a year just to trim some videos? That's more than my racquet restringing budget."

Solution: Manual editing, scoreboard, and export are always free. Only pay for AI analysis, on demand.

TACTICAL SETUP GUIDE

Recommended Court & Camera Setup for Tennis

Tripod Placement: Place your phone on a standard tripod 1.5 to 2.5 meters (5 to 8 feet) behind the baseline, at a lens height of 1.5 to 1.8 meters (5 to 6 feet). Position it either directly behind the center hash mark or in the back fence corner facing diagonally across the court.

No 3-Meter (10-Foot) Fence Mount Required: Unlike SwingVision, Velox does not require an elevated fence mount or high broadcasting angle because our AI detects rally exchanges rather than calculating millimeter line calls. You can also record in landscape mode from a courtside bench or divider fence if space behind the baseline is limited.

Heat & Battery Tip: To avoid phone overheating under direct sunlight, record your match with your phone's native camera app. Run Velox's rally detection afterward in the shade or at home - completely offline.

Everything Tennis Players Need

✂️

Skip Tennis Dead Time

Skip second-serve delays, towel breaks, and chasing tennis balls at the back fence. In a 90-minute match, keep only the 15 to 20 minutes of real tennis action.

📲

Keep Master 4K Video Intact

Non-destructive rally bookmarks leave your original 4K 60fps match file untouched on your phone. No duplicate video clutter and no cloud storage fees.

No $150/Year Subscriptions

All manual rally clipping, video watching, tiebreak scoreboards, and video exports are permanently free. You only pay for optional AI auto-detection on demand.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Velox Rally Cut?
Velox is the ultimate video gallery for racquet sports players. It uses advanced LLMs to automatically remove deadtime from your matches, letting you watch and share pure action.
Does Velox require a subscription?
No. Velox uses a pay-as-you-go Carats system. You only pay for what you use, with no hidden monthly fees.
Does Velox work offline?
Yes. Manual video editing, rally clipping, and exporting works fully offline. The only time you need internet connection is for AI analysis and Carat top-ups. Your videos stay your device to watch at any time.
How does the AI rally recognition work?
Velox uses state-of-the-art LLMs to detect when a rally starts and ends, allowing you to instantly watch your highlights without manual editing.
Is Velox a SwingVision alternative for Android?
Yes. SwingVision is excellent but is only available on iOS. Velox Rally Cut works on both Android and iOS, offering the same core capability - automatically removing dead time from your match footage to give you pure rally highlights. Velox also adds a built-in scoreboard editor and video export, with no monthly subscription. You only pay (with Carats) when you use the AI rally detection; all manual editing is free and works offline.
Does Velox track ball speed or biomechanics like SwingVision?
No. Velox focuses on rally detection, editing, and scoreboard export. It does not track ball speed or biomechanics - that's SwingVision's specialty.
Can I track my tennis score if I forgot to during the match?
Yes, Velox has an offline scoreboard editor that lets you add standard tennis scoring (including tiebreaks) after you've recorded the match.
Do I need a fence mount for Velox?
A fence mount gives the best tactical view, but you can also record from a tripod at the back of the court. The AI will still detect the rallies.
My phone overheats when recording long matches in direct sun. How does Velox solve this?
Unlike SwingVision and other apps that run heavy real-time computer vision while recording (causing severe battery drain, thermal throttling, and camera shutdowns), Velox decouples recording from AI processing. You record matches with your phone's native, power-efficient camera. You only run Velox's AI detection afterward in the shade or at home - saving battery and preventing overheated shutdowns.
Does Velox work for doubles tennis matches as well as singles?
Yes! Velox detects rallies seamlessly for both singles and doubles match formats. The AI model analyzes baseline patterns, net play, and rally exchanges regardless of whether 2 or 4 players are on the court. You can also configure server and receiver tags in the built-in scoreboard editor.
What if my tennis court has dark windscreens or no fence behind the baseline?
You don't need a high chain-link fence. If your court has privacy windscreens, you can set a lightweight tripod just behind the baseline corner or court divider. As long as the baseline and service boxes are in the frame, our AI accurately identifies serve-to-dead-ball intervals.
What languages does Velox Rally Cut support?
Velox Rally Cut offers a complete native experience, including translated custom scoreboards, in 14 languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Suomi, Tiếng Việt, Русский, 日本語, 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese), 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), and 한국어.
